Till now, you have to be there in person at NTA (Nepal Telecommunication Authority) office or send a letter to complain telecom operators quality issue. Now the regulator for telecom sector in Nepal, has launched a new app called NTA QoS survey. With which, you can be anywhere to complain the quality issue. They have earlier announced to build some platform to evaluate and regulate the quality of service. As they are also going to implement strict quality guidelines, this sort of application will help them to get feedback from the customers.
NTA has launched the application in a bid to collect feedback online from customer, regarding telecommunication services provided by telecom operators. They will use the data collected from customers and direct the responsible telecom company to improve the quality.
NTA believes that the feedback of the customers for the Quality of service will encourage telecom service providers to focus more on quality of service and customer satisfaction.
What are the features in NTA QOS survey app?
The NTA QoS survey app simply collects feedback information about telecom services within Nepal. You just need to fill up a form with your profile information once and then do the survey. It includes services from all telecom operators.
