Ncell My Plan is an exclusive custom-based plan which lets subscribers choose voice, data, and SMS as per their requirements.

It’s the first of its kind plan brought to enterprise customers under Ncell for Business (N4B). You can easily customize the My Plan pack via the Ncell app.

The My Plan scheme includes two options- My Plan 500 and My Plan Flexi. Users can define or choose volume data, on-net and off-net voice, and SMS services.

Ncell My Plan: Use on a rental basis

The My Plan scheme of Ncell is available to all corporate and postpaid users which they can use on a rental basis cycle of 30 days. Customers can choose My Plan 500 which costs Rs 500 including taxes. Likewise, the My Plan Flexi gives users the flexibility to define more volume of voice, data, and SMS services. In My Plan 500, users can make a bundle of voice, data, and SMS worth Rs 500.   

Besides, customers who activate any of the plans for free also get free 2500 minutes of on-net calls and 1000 SMS service. These benefits are applicable during business hours from 6 am to 6 pm.

If you subscribe to the My Plan Flexi plan, you can choose any combination of voice, data, and SMS and create your own bundled pack. The more resources you choose, the more charges will come down too. The costs are based on resources as defined by customers. The maximum you can choose in the plan is 200 GB in data, 2500 minutes of talk time in voice, and 2500 SMS.

Ncell brought the customizable My Plan pack to meet the diverse needs of its diverse corporate customers. The telco says that it will create a huge value for them as it enables customers to define service requirements digitally through the Ncell app.

How to subscribe to the Ncell My Plan pack?

To get the Ncell My Plan pack through the Ncell app, do the following:

• Launch the Ncell app.
• Go to the menu bar on the top-right corner of the Ncell app.
• There, you need to tap on the profile and then on My Plan.
• Now, make your own service pack selecting your voice, data, and SMS volume.

For instance, you can buy a combination of Rs. 300 worth of data, Rs. 150 off-net and on-net calls, and Rs. 50 worth of SMS in the My Plan 500. As it is a rental service, you need to clear the rental charge before the expiry of 30 days. Or else, you will be subject to restrictions on outgoing calls, SMS, and no data service.

In the meantime, the resources can be consumed before the end of 30 days cycle. During this time, you can continue using normal service through the normal mode of pay-as-you-go (PAYG). Or you can also buy the required normal pack of voice, data, and SMS service.
