Samsung has now officially launched the most awaited flagship phone of 2018. The Galaxy S9 and S9+ plus are the two phones that Samsung launched officially on Feb 25 at an event in Mobile World Congress 2018. Samsung Galaxy S9 phones are powered by Snapdragon 845 processor and has 4 GB / 6 GB of RAM.
Although the infinity display, body, looks and design are of the same as its predecessor S8, Samsung revamps its camera with major upgrade. The camera is capable of capturing great photos even in low lighting condition. They have added the biggest aperture ever in the phone i.e. f/1.5. Video capturing experience has turned them into whole new level. Videos up to 940fps can be captured with S9 and S9+ that will make the best Super Slow MO videos. The new camera are so intelligent that they adapt like the Human eye. That is possible with the dual aperture feature in S9 that will adjust the aperture as per the light in the environment. There are two apertures in the phone, which are f/1.5 and f/2.4.

Major difference between S9 and S9 plus lies in the display size and dual camera. S9 has infinity display of 5.8 inch whereas S9 plus has 6.2 inch display. Another major update in Galaxy S series phone is the introduction of dual cameras, but only in the bigger variant, S9 plus.

Price of S9, S9 plus and Availability in Nepal
The price of Samsung Galaxy S9 is 720 USD whereas the price of S9 plus is 840 USD. They are available in three colors now, namely Midnight Black, Coral Blue, Lilac Purple. In several areas, the phone will be available for financing (EMI) and carrier locked ones. Samsung S9 and S9 plus will come unlocked only in Nepal but the financing or EMI may be available. The phone will be available to buy from March 16 worldwide. We can expect the phone to be available here in Nepal or pre-booking by that time. And it seems they will keep the pricing strategy as before, of NRs 81,900 and 91,900. Lets wait and see of the price and availability of the phones in Nepal.
