Transformation of Telcos

As Telecom operators are struggling to grow their business due to several challenges including that of OTT apps reducing international call revenues, they are looking for other innovative ways for growth and extend reach in this digital ecosystem. So, the concept of Telecom service provider shall transform into communication service provider (CSP) or Digital service provider (DSP), putting all of their efforts in connectivity and the usage of connectivity. This kind of new service in Nepal hints the transformation of telcos is in the way.

Advantages

With this partnership, businesses here in Nepal will benefit from the Ncell’s network services and Microsoft’s software technologies to enhance productivity. The innovative tools from Microsoft will also help the companies, teams, individuals for collaborative communication in real time for better result.

As Ncell announced earlier to bring Ncell for business (N4B), Ncell brings Microsoft services to Nepali businesses. This kind of service will provide opportunities to businesses to achieve their goals from better connectivity and digitization. Hope Ncell will provide more of such digital services which shall help them to grow their potential and compete in the global digital landscape.
