Ncell Launches New Prepaid Plans, Updated Voice, Data, SMS

Leading private telecom company Ncell has announced new prepaid mobile service plans. The new plans bring updated voice, data, and SMS packs at affordable costs. Customers can choose any of their favorite packs that suit their communication needs.

The plans include three updated starter packs – Sajilo, Sahayatri, and Sahi Yo Plan. The packs respectively cost Rs. 97, 98, and 99.

The new Ncell prepaid plans are effective from November 20, 2022.

Ncell prepaid plans bring voice data, and SMS with Sajilo, Sahayatri, and Sahi Yo plans

After buying a new Ncell SIM card, you get a Sajilo generic pack which comes with a Rs 10 main balance, 60 MB data, 40 minutes of on-net calls, and 20 on-net SMS. The pack is valid for 7 days. Additionally, you are eligible for benefits from access to all net voice calls at Rs 1.62 per minute, data Pay As You Go (PAYG) at Rs 1, and SMS at Rs 1 (excluding taxes).

Besides, you can choose Sahayatri Plan. Ncell says the pack is better suited to customers who are planning to go abroad for foreign employment, and their family members. The plan brings to you a Rs 10 main balance, 100 MB data, 10 minutes of on-net calls, and 10 on-net SMS. The pack is valid for 7 days. With the Sahayatri Plan, customers also get Beep service wherein subscribers can make ‘missed calls’ to their desired numbers with a zero balance. It also includes a discount on outgoing international long-distance (ILD) calls in eight countries after 1st minute.

Similarly, the new prepaid plan includes the Sahi Yo Plan. The operator says that the plan is mainly targeted at the youth as a starter pack. Upon subscription, the pack brings you 1 GB data for Instagram valid for 30 days. You also get a Rs 10 main balance, 100 MB data, 10 mins on-net calls, and 10 on-net SMS. The Sahi Yo Plan is valid for a week period.

First recharge offer

With the latest Ncell prepaid plans, there is also a benefit of the 1st recharge offer in all three starter packs. That is if you recharge Rs 200 and above till the next day’s midnight from the day of your SIM activation, you will receive a free 10% bonus of the recharged amount which is valid for three days. You can use the bonus amount for Ncell voice calls, data, and SMS Pay As You Go (PAYG) services.

Ncell prepaid plans for tourists

Ncell has been providing its services for tourists visiting Nepal under three plans priced at Rs 100, Rs 500, and Rs 1,000. The Rs 100 tourist plan consists of 200 MB data, 10 minutes (local calls), valid for 3 days. The Rs 500 plan includes a Rs 50 main balance, 50 minutes (local calls), and 10 GB data, valid for 7 days. Likewise, the Rs 1,000 plan offers subscribers Rs 50 in main balance, 100 minutes (local calls), and 25 GB data, valid for 28 days. Ncell tourist plans have been helping tourists stay connected with their close ones as well as with the places inside Nepal.
