Motorola’s new budget phone, Moto G35 with 5G support, has been launched in Nepal via CG Mobile. It comes with a 6.72-inch screen, good screen brightness, good battery life, and standard camera set, perfect for its price that falls under Rs 20,000. Design and Display
Moto G35 retails Motorola’s trendy design path and a raised vertical camera bar and a the ‘M’ logo in the middle on the back. The phone comes with Gorilla Glass 3 glass on the front, plastic or silicone polymer on the back and has plastic frame. It’s a light phone to hold owing to its 188 to 191 grams of weight depending on the variant you choose. It’s also great that the phone comes with eSIM support.

To the display side, the phone sports a 6.72-inch IPS LCD screen which boasts a decent FHD+ screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The daylight viewing is made easier by up to 1,000 nits of peak brightness. The 120 Hz refresh rate also keeps scrolling smooth and intuitive.
Performance
The phone runs on Unisoc T760 processor, an entry-level mobile chipset that does the job expected for it. It’s got an octa-core setup with up to 2.2 GHz clock speed in a 1+3+4 setup which means, the configuration is optimized for smooth performance for multitasking.
You get 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage on this device and you get to extend its storage via a dedicated expansion slot. In terms of software, this budget phone runs on Android 14 right out of the box.

Despite its entry-level price, the phone is pretty generous with its camera setup. It features two cameras- one, a 50 MP main wide camera, and the other, an 8 MP ultrawide shooter. On the front, there’s a good 16 MP selfie camera. The back camera can record videos at 4K at 30 fps while the front has the capacity to record footage at 1080p at 30fps.
