Realme 9 5G Overview
Realme 9 5G is the successor to the Realme 8 that was launched last year. The phone launched alongside its sibling Realme 9 SE 5G. The new phones are the addition to its existing lineup of Realme 9i, Realme 9 Pro, and Realme 9 Pro Plus.
Design/Display
Starting off with the design of the Realme 9 5G, the smartphone comes with an all-new Ripple Holographic Design language. It has a glass front and a plastic back. The Realme 9 5G is very thin so measures just 8.5 mm and weighs just only 188 grams. It also has a punch-hole cutout at the front that houses the selfie camera. The smartphone comes in different color variants such as Stargaze White and Meteor Black.
The Realme 9 5G flexes an enormous 6.5 inches Full HD+ IPS LCD Display panel along with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. Performance
The Realme 9 5G is powered with the MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor which also runs phones like Redmi Note 11, & Poco M4 Pro 5G. It is an octa-core processor based on 6 nm processing technology that is equipped with an octa-core CPU with a maximum clock speed of up to 2.4 GHz. it is 20% faster than the previous generations. As for graphics, it is handled by the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
In terms of the memory configuration, the device is coupled with 4 GB or 6 GB of RAM and 64/128 GB of UFS 2.1 internal storage options onboard. The Realme 9 5G can also expand up to 5GB RAM with Dynamic RAM Expansion technology. On the software front, the Realme 9 5G runs on realme UI 2.0 Based on Android 11 OS.

As for the optical features of the smartphone, the phone arrives with an AI triple camera setup at the rear.
