Affordable hotel booking site Oyo and eSewa has announced their partnership to allow online hotel booking and payment. With the partnership, eSewa customers can easily book a hotel from their mobile app and web. In a program in the capital, eSewa’s President Asgar Ali and Oyo’s VP Prasun Chaudhari have inked a deal on Sunday 24th June 2018. Mr. Ali expressed that this partnership helps to aid the tourism sector of Nepal. With the announcement of Visit Nepal Tourism year 2020, it will help tourists to book their hotel online easily.
Mr. Prasun Chaudhari of Oyo Nepal believes this payment deal helps Oyo to extend their hotel network in Nepal. So, they have a big plan to expand their hotel network to 150 and around 3000 rooms within six months. Cashback in eSewa Oyo payment.
In the first phase of the launch of Oyo hotel booking and payment from eSewa, they are providing cash back offers for each payment. The cashback for Kathmandu is 7 % whereas, for Pokhara, it is 15 percent.
