Smart Telecom is the third largest telecom operator in the country with around 20 lakh users (as per Mangsir 2075). Smart Telecom only has 2G and 4G services in its Smart Cell brand.
The major cities with the coverage of Smart telecom are: Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Kavre, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Birgunj, Biratnagar and more.

Smart Cell 4G coverage
Smart Telecom has done expansion of its services to more cities and areas. With the recent expansion, Smart Telecom’s 4G service has reached to 19 districts. The districts with Smart Cell 4G service are:

As known, Smart Telecom’s 2G services has reached to 26 more districts.

Please be noted that Smart Telecom does not have any 3G service. As they provide voice service with 2G and high-speed internet service with 4G, they do not require 3G service.
