The state-owned operator Nepal Telecom (NTC) is celebrating its 18th anniversary on Magh 22. Marking this occasion, the company has announced free VoLTE calls offer for its customers. This offer is valid for 24 hours. That means Ntc customers with VoLTE-activated devices can enjoy high-quality calls on their smartphones for 24 hours.

VoLTE Activation, Compatibility, and Benefits
If you haven’t activated VoLTE on your phone, please do the following:
- Dial *444# and select option 2. You can also dial *444*2# directly.
- VoLTE will now activate on your SIM card with a confirmation on the screen of your device.
- Now, go to your device’s call settings and turn on “VoLTE call”, you are ready with its HD call capability.
- Th ‘VoLTE call’ option though can appear in different forms on devices.

VoLTE allows users to simultaneously engage in calls and browses mobile data and doesn’t fall to 2G/3G mobile networks.
