Nepal Telecom (NTC) has refunded the balance to users who had to make two purchases for the same package during its recent network outage. Releasing a notice, the company said that it has restored the balance of users who bought its packs twice.
To put it into context, NTC’s 4G and VoLTE services suffered disruptions on Monday, Shrawan 12, 2082. Service outage lasted for over 3.5 hours, during which many users couldn’t access the company’s services smoothly. One of the problems was difficulty in buying packages.
It seems many users had to place a purchase more than once to confirm the transaction. This led to customers paying at least twice while subscribing to a package for just once. Check out: Latest Ntc data packs
