Nepal Pay digital wallet has launched the Bus Ticketing feature for customers from November 19, 2025. The new service allows users to book their seats for different routes online on the app.
The company says that the online ticket booking facility on the app serves customers with convenience. The feature has been added for users to make their bus ticket booking easier.
Namaste Pay brings Bus Ticketing features
Namaste Pay says that users can use its Bus Ticketing feature to search, compare, and book bus and hiace tickets on the Namaste Pay app. This removes the need to visit bus counters physically or use third-party platforms to buy tickets before travel. It’s all possible now online within a few taps on the app.
The feature makes intercity and long-distance travel more seamless and convenient, the company says. According to the company, users can book seats on any router within Nepal.
The Bus-Ticketing feature is available on both Android and iOS versions of the Namaste Pay app.

- Open the Namaste Pay app
- Go to the Bus Ticket section
- Make a payment with your linked bank account, and you are done
The company says that the Bus Ticketing service is the latest milestone in Namaste Pay’s mission to become a digital lifestyle platform by offering users simple and secure ways to manage their daily financial and travel needs through the app.
