Dish Home has started ‘Service on Door’ for its FTTH internet service. The company says that the facility has been launched to enhance and promote customer-centric services.
The service differentiation has started in Thankot, Chandragiri, on Magh 15 in Bagmati Province. Dish Home is one of the top internet service providers in Nepal. The service will benefit thousands of customers with easy access to the ISP’s facilities.
What is Dish Home Service on Door service?
Dish Home’s newly-launched Service on Door is a customer service. It enables customers to get services relating to the internet and other technical services at home.
According to the ISP, it prioritizes fast services for customers at their convenience. The company will mobilize a team of technicians to the residences of its customers to provide them with services.
Dish Home plans to expand its home service in the near future. It has started in Kathmandu, and the plan includes its extension in a phased manner. Special discounts and benefits are on offer upon annual recharging.

The ISP entered the internet service in 2020 and effectively expanded services in the subsequent years. Now, it boasts a strong base of over 3.83 lakh customers across the country, the NTA report for Poush mentions.
