Talking about the design of the Gionee M100, it comes with a pretty stylish design. The phone comes with a waterdrop notch style display that houses the front camera on top of the screen. Gionee M100 boasts a 6.2-inch in-cell display panel with an HD+ resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels. It has an aspect ratio of 19:9, screen to body ratio of 80%, and 227ppi density. The smartphone comes protected from scratches on display by 2.5D curved glass on it. It also features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.

Coming to the photography of the smartphone, Gionee M100 arrives with a dual rear camera setup housed at the top left corner of the panel. It consists of a 13 MP primary camera and a 0.3MP sensor.

Under the hood, Gionee M100 is fueled by the powerful MediaTek Helio P23 chipset i.e. pretty disappointing even for an entry-level smartphone. It is an octa-core processor based on TSMC’s 16nm FinFET process that features eight ARM Cortex A53 cores that clock speed of up to 2.0GHz. It is coupled with 4GB of RAM along with internal storage of 64GB. You can also expand the storage via a dedicated MicroSD card slot if you feel the need for it.
At the software front, the phone runs on Android 9 OS.

Gionee M100 comes backed up by the massive 5,000mAh battery along with the support of 10W fast charging. The smartphone will last for a long time as it comes with pretty low specs on it.
As for the connectivity option the phone features 4G, VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/ Glonass / Beidou, 3.5mm headphone jack, MicroUSB 2.0, and dedicated microSD card slot, etc. They do not come with NFC support on it.
