Popular SMS service provider Sparrow SMS has introduced voice message broadcasting Service. Popular for bulk messages, the company launched its new service a few days ahead of the local polls in Nepal.
The company has described it as an improvement upon its bulk message service. And it is similar to broadcasting other messages. The only difference is that users can send bulk messages with audio.
Sparrow Voice allows users or organizations to send messages to a large number of recipients at once.
The company has been offering text message service since its inception in 2010.
It allows customers to communicate with a larger group via an automated system. Especially, the corporate and organizations find it very useful as they can circulate and promote a particular pitch or information to a large crowd by just sending one message that reaches multiple mobile phone users.
Likewise, SparrowSMS celebrated its 12th anniversary in service back in March. At the same event, the company had teased Sparrow Voice and Viber Business Messaging Service.
