Oppo has launched the latest generation of foldable phones. The brand announced the foldable smartphone dubbed as Oppo Find N2  alongside Oppo Find N2 Flip. Oppo Find N2 Overview

Oppo Find N2 is the successor to the original Oppo Find N foldable phone.

Design/Display

Oppo Find N2 comes with a similar design the same as its predecessor. It is very lightweight and compact. The foldable phone has a dimension of 132.2 × 72.6 × 14.6 mm and it weighs only 237 grams. It comes with a smaller and sturdier hinge in comparison with its predecessor. The display crease also has been reduced by up to 60%. The hinge can be adjusted from 45 to 125 degrees. Similarly, the volume and the weight have gone down by 37% and 36%, respectively. Both the internal and external screens of the Oppo Find N2 are made of brand-new Samsung E6 material, with ultra-high brightness and accurate color.

The foldable phone has a primary display that features a 7.1 inches Samsung E6 AMOLED WUSXGA LTPO display that has a 1920 x 1792 pixel resolution, supports HDR10+, and 1550 nits of peak brightness. The secondary display boasts a 5.54-inch Samsung E6 AMOLED FHD display with a 2120 x 1080 pixels resolution, and 1350 nits of peak brightness. Both inner and external display supports a 120Hz refresh rate, which is terrific. It also comes with a punch-hole cutout for a selfie camera. As for cover material, the Oppo Find N2 has UTG for the main screen and Corning Gorilla Glass 7 for the secondary screen. It comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Optical Department

Talking about the optics of the foldable phone, that is the highlight of the Oppo Find N2. The brand collaborated with Hasselblad to jointly develop a mobile phone imaging system. Sensor-level color calibration, and hundreds of scene polishing, so that every shutter has natural color optimization from Hasselblad. The Oppo Find N2 has a triple rear camera setup in a rectangular module. It consists of a 50 MP primary camera with OIS with an aperture of f/1.8, a 48 MP ultra-wide-angle camera with an aperture of f/2.2 & FOV 115° and a 32 MP telephoto lens with an aperture of f/2.0 & a 2x optical zoom. 

Whereas on the front, both the internal & external display feature a 32 MP selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.4. The rear camera supports 4K @ 30/60fps, 1080p @ 30/60/240fps 4k 30fps and front camera records videos at 1080p @ 30fps, gyro-EIS.

Oppo Find N2 Performance

Under the hood, Oppo Find N2 comes equipped with the powerful First-generation Snapdragon 8+ mobile platform. It is an octa-core chipset from Qualcomm based on 4 nm processing that clocks up to 3.0 GHz. As for the graphics, it is handled by the Adreno 730 @900MHz.

In terms of memory configuration, it comes coupled with 12/16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256/512GB UFS 3.1 internal storage onboard. On the software front, it runs on Android 13 OS based ColorOS 13 out of the box.

Battery and Others

Oppo Find N2 comes juiced up with the dual cell 4,520mAh battery. It supports 67W SUPERVOOC 2.0 fast charging. Oppo claims that the foldable phone charges up to 37 % in just 10 min, and fully 100% in just 42 minutes of time. It arrives in different color variants, such as Cloud White, Plain Black, and Pine Green.
