Nepal’s leading internet service provider Dish Home has announced a ‘virtual privilege card’ to provide customers with lifestyle-related services. The company claims that it’s the first-of-its-kind service from an ISP in Nepal to make customers’ life more convenient. What is the Dish Home “Virtual Privilege Card” service?
The Virtual Privilege Card of Dish Home is a new service that gives customers access to services relating to education, restaurants, skin care, wellness centers, etc. It’s a value differentiation approach from the DTH turned ISP. At the moment, the company is cooperating with various service providers to launch the service effectively for its customers.
Through this service, the company seeks to bring more convenience to the customers’ daily lives. Also, by looking at the kind of services being offered, you can argue that it’s a remarkably different approach from an ISP to its customers. So far, Vianet has been the first to bring in many internet-related services in Nepal. This time, the Virtual Privilege Card marks something new from the ISP.

How do you use it?
You can use the Dish Home app to access the Virtual Privilege Card services. As the name applies, it’s a completely virtual service and subscribers can find it on the Dish Home app. According to the company, the card provides customers with up to 25% discount, which can be used for various companies’ services under the Privilege Card services.

What Services will be offered?
As stated above, the virtual privilege card will provide discounts and more on numerous services to the customers of of the ISP. Below is the list of those services but that’s not limited to them only:

- Skincare And Wellness Centers
- Fitness Clubs
- Mobile Accessories
- Electronics Outlets
- Home Appliances, Shopping Malls

When will Dish Home’s Virtual Privilege Card go live?
Dish Home’s Virtual Privilege Card may go live in July, 2025. However, the company hasn’t disclosed the exact time frame for its launch. Anyway, when the service launches, customers will be able to get discounts at outlets by showing the very ‘privilege card’ on the ISP’s mobile app.
Dish Home is one of Nepal’s leading ISPs with near-countrywide coverage. The company boasts over 3.56 lakh customers across the country according to the latest NTA report.
