According to the company, owners of their missing NTC SIM can fill in the necessary details online to get a replacement for the SIM. The service helps secure the details of users’ SIMs while also bringing a meaningful customer experience to the owners.
NTC’s online service for missing SIM began on Shrawan 01, 2083, the beginning of the new FY 2083/84. In recent times, the company has been bringing multiple customer-centric initiatives that improve its customers’ experience with the company. Lately, the company has been bringing new, innovative services using digital, along with expansion of its 4G service in more areas. It also brought Namaste Recurring service with subscription-based packs. The company has also started home delivery of NT SIMs.
