Google Pixel 10a Overview
Design and Display
One of the first things to notice on the Google Pixel 10a is its completely flat back. And the pill-shaped horizontal camera module has become a tad larger. The device is made of recycled material from the A-series Pixel. According to Google, it uses cobalt, copper, gold, and tungsten. The phone sports a satin-finish aluminum frame and a plastic back cover.
The display is a 6.3-inch POLED panel, and Google calls it an Actua display. It’s said to be 11% brighter than the Pixel 9a. The screen sports a 120 Hz refresh rate and up to 3000 nits of peak brightness. It’s protected by IP68 certification from water and dust, with the screen getting a treatment of Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.

Camera
The phone sports a dual-camera setup of a 48MP main wide camera and a 13MP ultrawide camera. The Macro Focus and Night Sight features allow for crisp photos and decent nightography. The front also carries a 13 MP selfie camera. It’s not the specs we find on flagship phones, but it’s not there either. It does what it promises with an effect.
Further, Auto Best Take and Camera Coach help with proper group photos and give step-by-step guidance on lighting and composition, respectively. At the same time, users can use Google Photos to edit just by asking with the help of AI. Another cool thing? The Add Me feature lets you add your family member to a reunion pic.
Circle to Search lets you search for information on whatever is on your screen, while Dialer features such as Call Screen and Hold For Me let you save time and avoid spammers.
Performance
It’s powered by Google’s Tensor G4 chipset with up to 3.1 GHz clock speed. It features 8 GB of RAM and offers an option between 128 GB and 256 GB of storage. Being a Google phone, it runs on a clean Android 16 software, and it’s promised 7 years of major OS upgrades. Isn’t that great, though?
Battery and Connectivity
The phone features a 5100mAh battery with 30w wired and 10W wireless charging. The cell size is the same as on the Pixel 9a, while charging capacity has improved. As for connectivity, it supports WiFi 6e, 5G, Bluetooth 6.0, GPS, USB Type-C 3.2, etc. The phone also supports satellite SOS, useful for emergency situations.

Pixel 10a Price and Availability
Google Pixel 10a price is $499 (8/128 GB) and $500 (8/256 GB). The lineup becomes available in the US starting March 5 at the Google Store and from major telecom operators. The good thing here is that the 2026 phone price increase voodoo hasn’t happened here. Google kept the first price the same as the Pixel 9a.
