Nepal Telecom has distributed a bonus worth Rs 168 Million to its GSM pre-paid subscribers. As notified earlier by the company for the festive offer, Nepal Telecom has issued the 10 % bonus of the total amount they had spent during the festive period (Dashain, Tihar, and Chhath) from Ashoj 30 to Mangsir 4. The bonus amount will be used for the services within its own network only, which is valid for two months from today. The main balance is used only after spending a bonus amount.
As people forgot the bonus offer already specified by NT before the festivals, they were misled by the free call hoax that was widespread in the morning. Later they realized of the offer after having a look at their balance which included the bonus amount and got reduced when they made calls within NT.
Though Nepal Telecom is fully confident of no fraud or miscalculations, people are still complaining of the low bonus/excessive bonus in their balance which is not in any way related to the used amount in that specified time. But the exact problem is not confirmed yet. (If you have witnessed any problem in the bonus, please comment below).
Nepal Telecom has also said that the discount offer for GSM Postpaid, Landline, and C-Phone will be integrated into the bill amount of Kartik month.
