How to gift data pack, voice pack in Ntc?

Ntc has launched the process to Gift pack to their loved ones. NTC launches this gift process for data pack and voice pack to provide some added values to their subscribers. Now, Ntc customers can easily send gifts to another NTC number using their Gift portal and app as below.

Although there are several kinds of offers and packs available in Ntc, they have only included the all-time voice and data pack in the gift portal. They might also include other packs in the offer later.

Here are the packs that are included in the Gift offer.

  • Missed Call Alert (MCA)
  • Data pack
    • 4500 MB
    • 1500 MB
    • 500 MB
    • 190 MB
    • 90 MB
    • 28 MB
  • Voice pack
    • 1100 minutes
    • 490 minutes
    • 190 minutes
    • 40 minutes

Both prepaid and postpaid subscribers can send and receive this Gift offer.

How to send the gift in Ntc?

Here are the steps to send Gift for a different voice and data packs in Ntc.

Using Gift Portal.

  • Please browse the Gift portal ( http://offer.ntc.net.np/giftpack.aspx) of NTC.
  • Enter the details below
    • Your Mobile number
    • Receiver Mobile Number
    • Chose the Gift pack with the price and validity shown below.
    • Enter the PUK number of your mobile number (To know PUK, send a message PUK to 1415)
    • Enter Captcha as shown in the image.
    • Click Send Gift.

How to gift data pack, voice pack in Ntc?

Using Mobile app

Now you can easily gift pack to your near and dear ones using the latest NTC mobile app.

  • Just login to your NTC mobile app account and then click the Gift icon on the app.
  • Then you can select some packs like SMS, data and voice packs and enter the receiver mobile number.
  • Then you will get a confirmation of the balance cut from the sender and immediately message comes in the receiver.

The cost of Gift pack deducts from the customer’s balance. So, you need to have sufficient balance in your mobile phone to send the gift packs. The customer will get a message from 1422 for deducting the balance for the gift pack. Similarly, the recipient will also get an SMS with the information of the pack and the sender.
