Oppo launches F11 and F11 pro in Nepal, the latest mid-range from the Chinese phone maker. Both the phones have 48 MP rear camera with low light photography, brilliant portrait and more. Oppo F11 and F11 Pro both have 6.53 inch IPS LCD screen with 1080×2340 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. F11 Pro has a motorized selfie camera of 16 MP whereas F11 has a waterdrop notch to sport the 16 MP, f/2.0 selfie snapper.
Both the phones are powered by Octa-core 2.1 GHz MediaTek Helio P70 chipset, 12 nm fabrication. Oppo F11 sports 4GB of RAM whereas F11 pro have 6 GB of RAM.

Oppo F11 phones have 4000 mAH battery juice, with support of 20 W VOOC fast charging. The phones run on ColorOS 6, on top of Android 9.0. With ColorOS 6, there are a couple of new features like Smart riding mode, swipe-up gesture navigation, a smart assistant and cloud service.
The fingerprint sensor lies in the back of the phone. There is a separate mode called Hyperboost that will accelerate the performance when needed and adjust for games, apps and operating system.
Let down
It’s 2019 and the phone still supports micro USB port which is a let down for some. But for some, as long as it charges fast and no problem in the cable transfer, that does not bother. Another let down is the IPS screen which does not have the same experience as the AMOLED screen to some.
Camera
The phones have a dual rear cameras of 48 MP main sensors and 5 MP depth sensors. With the pixel binning combining 4 photos, the phone captures an amazing 12 MP photo with great sharpness. Large image sensor, large aperture, and AI capability add other features of the camera like:
- Brilliant Portrait: The intelligent algorithm distinguishes the portrait from the background.
- Ultra night mode: A special mode for night shot (like that of Google night sight).
- Dazzle color mode: results in Vivid colorful photos.
4G support
The phone vendors bring a separate version of the smartphone for a particular market. Here they have brought the version that does not support 4G in 800 MHz bands which will be used by Nepal Telecom for their 4G expansion project. Though they have an F11 version that supports 800 MHz, 4G bands.
