Let’s not forget to mention other provided services like changing SIM as well as a Mobile number, modification of CUG numbers, Biz plans, International Roaming, Bill Payment, Balance Recharge and Recharge Transfer as well as many other common services.
The Service Center at TIA will provide customer service from 9 am to 5:30 PM, 7 Days a Week. Therefore, it means a whole week with no day off. Ncell’s motive for opening this Service Center is to provide world-class quality service to travelers as well as Customers who land in Kathmandu from abroad.
