Vianet has launched a new TikTok video contest. As part of its Ultra-Fi promotion, the contestant with the best video maker will earn Rs.50,000 in prize money.

Dubbed “Vianet UltraFi TikTok Challenge”, the competition is open to all age groups with a creative and entertaining video.

To participate, you must use the Vianet ULTRAFI original soundtrack. This Campaign is open from January 01, 2022, to February 28, 2022.

The video challenge will boost the promotion for the ISP’s recently announced Ultra-Fi premium package. Consisting of 125/175/250 Mbps, this is Vianet’s best internet plan to offer to date which is ideal for any activities, from online learning, to work, and streaming.

The ISP’s premium offering is its dice in the ongoing internet speed war in Nepal and it expects to keep the company afloat against other heavyweights. The number game is growing saturated and the Value Added Service will keep it right in the spot.

Being a technophile, I am particularly fascinated by the evolution of mobile networks in Nepal from legacy networks (2G, 3G) to 4G (with VoLTE, VoWiFi, eSIM) and the prospects of the upcoming 5G, and equally enthralled by the development of internet from the dial-up connection to the 2 Gbps XGS-PON fiber broadband technology and their transformative impact in the country.
