  • WorldLink Communications has launched Nepal’s first Managed Wi-Fi solution, WorldLink Biz24, aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises.
  • Biz24 offers reliable Wi-Fi coverage and allows customers to manage their networks through a cloud-based system, ensuring organized connectivity.
  • The service includes key features like managed Wi-Fi across premises, priority support, and scalable connectivity for growing businesses.
  • Biz24 is available in three tiers: Rise, Grow, and Pro, with speeds ranging from 200 Mbps to 1 Gbps, starting at NPR 30,000 annually.
  • All plans come with a business-grade router, public static IP, and nationwide availability for new customers and renewals.

WorldLink Communications has introduced Nepal’s first Managed Wi-Fi solution, Biz24, for its customers. The service is designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

WorldLink says that Biz24 was developed through direct consultations with small and medium business owners and multiple rounds of field testing. It is a network solution designed to ensure consistent and reliable Wi-Fi coverage throughout business premises while also enabling customers to manage their Wi-Fi networks through a cloud-based system.

Biz24 comes with Priority Support to help resolve customer issues quickly.

Satish Krishna Rajbhandari, Sales Manager at WorldLink Communications, says that most SMEs in Nepal still rely on internet connections and Wi-Fi solutions that were designed primarily for residential use. As a result, he adds that businesses often face challenges such as weak or unavailable Wi-Fi signals in certain areas, internet disruptions during critical operating hours, and limited visibility into network performance.

“Biz24 has been introduced to address these challenges. It provides businesses with more reliable, organized, and business-grade connectivity,” said Rajbhandari. “Biz24 has been designed to meet the needs of a wide range of businesses, including clinics, restaurants, small and medium-sized marts, studios, and coworking offices.”

Key Features of WorldLink Biz24

1. Managed Wi-Fi Across the Entire Premises

Biz24 enables businesses to maintain stable and dependable Wi-Fi coverage across their entire premises. Rather than depending on a single router, Biz24 assesses the business environment, including its size, layout, and connectivity needs, and recommends a suitable Wi-Fi setup for better coverage.

2. Priority Support

Businesses require an active internet connection for day-to-day operations. Biz24 understands the impact that connectivity issues can have on business activities. So, it offers quick and prioritized customer support to help resolve issues efficiently.

Customers can call 01-5970040 for immediate assistance.

3. Reliable and Scalable Connectivity for Businesses

Biz24 delivers high-speed Wi-Fi designed to support businesses across their premises. The network can also be expanded as the business grows, accommodating an increasing number of employees, devices, and connectivity demands.

The service also comes with a Public Static IP. Therefore, it supports business requirements such as CCTV monitoring, software applications, remote access, and other IT services.
