Nepal’s leading private internet service provider, WorldLink, is celebrating its 31st anniversary today (September 15, 2026). The company has extended its gratitude to the customers for their continuous support and trust in its services.
“31 years of connection. 31 years of trust. 31 years of being part of your lives. Thank you for being part of WorldLink’s 31-year journey of connecting Nepal,” the company said in a post shared on its Facebook account.
Having started the service back in September 1995, the company has evolved into a leading ISP in the country. As per NTA records, WorldLink has over 11 lakh customers. It has the highest user base of any ISP in the country. The company first began by providing email service, and now it’s the largest fiber internet service provider. The company also provides IPTV and other digital services.

Going forward, WorldLink plans to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO). In the past, it also expressed a desire to enter the telecommunications market.
Going ahead, WorldLink plans to issue its Initial Public Offering (IPO) and has also shared its desire to start a telecommunications service. The company has over 5,000 employees working from its offices.
According to NTA, the company has over 11 lakh customers and boasts a 30.80% market share in the fixed-line internet space.
