Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 is the successor to the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 that was launched a year back in Nepal. The tablet arrives with impressive specs, features, and noticeable upgrades on it.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 comes with a large 10.5 inches TFT LCD screen panel along with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels and a 16:10 aspect ratio. It comes with a metallic body and has slim bezels. The tablet measures 246.8 x 161.9 x 6.9 mm in dimension and weighs 508 grams. Further, it has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor on it.

Camera

Coming to the optical department of the tablet, it sports an 8 MP single AI rear camera at the back. While on the front, it houses a 5 MP selfie camera to snap beautiful pictures. It is not an excellent choice to do photography via the tablet. 

As for the videography of the tablet, You will be able to record videos at 1080p@30fps on both the front and rear camera.

Under the hood, Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 is powered by an unnamed octa-core processor. The chipset provides a 10 percent increased CPU as well GPU performance in comparison to its predecessor. In terms of memory configuration, it is attached with 3/4GB of RAM and 32GB or 64GB of internal storage options onboard. You also get a memory expansion option of up to 1TB using a MicroSD card slot. 

On the software front, the device runs on Android 11 based OneUI 3.1.
