Sajilo Ride sharing app

Nepali company Sajilo Sathi has formally introduced the Sajilo ride-sharing service. Available through the app, the service is available in the Kathmandu valley in its first phase of operation.

With Sajilo, you can choose either cab or motorbike for your ride at a convenient cost.

The service was first launched on Baisakh 1st. Sajilo ride is currently available in three districts of Kathmandu – Kathmandu itself, Bharatpur, and Lalitpur.

Although beginning with the beta version, the company says it will soon launch the full-fledged service.

Importantly, in line with many ride-sharing apps, Sahilo is purely a Nepali start-up.

Regarding the service, Sajilo Sathi CEO Amir Lama says, “At the moment, we are providing motorcycle, taxi, and delivery vans for goods delivery for your customers.”

He adds, “We are taking no commission from our riders for now. This will continue for 6 months. The riders who join the Sjilo network till the end of Ashoj won’t be liable to commission to the company,” Lama added.

He also informed that after 6 months, the company will revise the scheme. However, it will ensure the drivers will continue making a good income.

20 percent discount and 15 percent cash back on Sajilo ride-sharing Service

Sajilo has unique schemes to entice commuters. If your ride request is not accepted within 2.5 minutes by any rider, you can call the admin and get a free ride.

“In case a customer doesn’t find a rider after a request, one can call our admin to get another rider. The customer will get a free ride. However, getting another rider to reach the destination of the requester will take 20 to 25 minutes,” Lama adds.

In addition, there are other benefits for customers. You can get Rs.20 discount for each ride, and get a 15 percent cash back after 10 rides. Do check out: Best Taxi, Ride Sharing apps in Nepal
