Benco has launched yet another entry-level budget smartphone in Nepal. The smartphone is dubbed as Benco V60. It is a new addition to the V series of the Benco in Nepal. Ambe Mobiles Pvt. It is the entry-level budget smartphone from the brand. It arrives with all-around specs and features for an entry-level phone.
Talking about the design of the gadget, it arrives with a similar design as that of other Benco budget devices. The Benco V60 has a polycarbonate body. It has thick bezels surrounding the screen on the chin. The phone measures 9.4mm in thickness and weighs only 170.8 grams. The device has a waterdrop notch on the top that houses a selfie camera at the front.
Benco V60 features a 6.1 inches HD+ IPS LCD waterdrop display along with the 1560 x 720 pixels screen resolution. It comes with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9, and a screen-to-body ratio of 85%. As for biometrics security, the smartphone has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The brand claims to take less than 0.3 seconds to unlock the phone. Ain’t that fast?
Moving on to the photography of the device, Benco V60 flaunts a dual rear camera setup at the rear in a pill-shaped camera module. It consists of a 12 MP primary Sony sensor with an f/1.7 aperture & 1.4μm pixel sensor accompanied by an auxiliary AI lens and LED flash. It is coupled with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage options. You can further expand your memory up to 128 GB via a dedicated microSD card slot.
On the software front, Benco V60 runs on the latest Android 11 Go edition out-of-the-box.
Benco V60 is fueled by an average non-removable Li-Po 4,120mAh capacity battery along with AI power-saving mode and battery manager. It can provide a full day of usage without worry. The brand claims that the battery lasts up to 580 hours of standby time, 34 hours of voice calls, 7.3 hours of photography, 13.3 hours of Facebook browsing, 17 hours of Youtube, and 9 hours of gaming. So, use your device without worrying about battery drainage. The battery backup of the Benco V60 is quite impressive. Sadly, there is no fast charging feature on the phone.
Talking about the connectivity of the smartphone, it features a Nano SIM card, 4G network, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, Micro USB, 3.5mm headphone jack, etc.
Benco V60 is launched at the price of Rs. 10,349 for the 2/32GB variant in Nepal. The smartphone is available for purchase in all official stores and shops across Nepal.
