Though it is the most cheapest and exciting internet pack in Nepal, it also comes with a FUP (fair usage policy) plan. You also do not need to worry, as the FUP limit is large enough. Once the data usage crosses 1300 GB up to 1400 GB, the speed will throttle to 50% of the original. Similarly, for the data usage from 1400 GB to 1500GB, the speed goes down to 30% of the 50Mbps. Upon exceeding this volume, you will then get 10% of the said speed.

CG Net expanding and targets a different consumer group

Previously, CG had introduced 120 Mbps internet at just Rs 999, which was the first ISP to bring an offer crossing the 100 Mbps speed. Similarly, the package was specially designed for professionals and for people who work from home and require a lot of speed. This package shocked people because of its affordable price and in no time, CG Net was able to gain a lot of new customers.

Although the CG Net’s fiber network is only available in limited areas of Kathmandu valley, it has been expanding to a wide range of areas within a really short period of time. One of the major reasons behind it has to be its customer-friendly and affordable data packages.

Now that the CG Net’s super cheap internet pack of 50 Mbps is available, it is ideally suited for students who cannot afford more speed. Normally, 50 Mbps internet is also enough for students, small businesses, and a nuclear family.
