Honor has once again launched a new smartphone in Nepal. The entry-level smartphone is dubbed as the Honor 9X Lite adding another smartphone to its 9X lineup. The smartphone comes after a few days of the launch of Honor Band 5i in Nepal. The phone has got some impressive features. The brand has launched the Honor 9X Lite in Nepal at the Price of Rs. 22,999. They also recently launched Honor 8A Pro in Nepal.
Honor 9X Lite Overview
Honor 9X Lite is the toned-down or cheaper version of the Honor 9X. The smartphone arrives with a similar feature but comes with some tweaks on it. Now, let’s see more in detail about the specs, price, and availability of the Honor 9X Lite in Nepal.
Design/Display
Starting off with the design of the smartphone, it comes with the plastic body with a glossy finish on top, and at the rear, it has a glass-like finish on it. Honor 9X Lite sports a 6.5-inch FullView FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 1080 x 2340 pixels of resolution. It comes with a top-centered notch that houses the front camera of the device. The smartphone arrives with 84% of screen to body ratio, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 397 PPI density, and 2.5D curved glass that protects the screen from scratches.
It also supports a FaceUnlock and has a Fingerprint sensor at the rear. Honor 9X Lite also comes with Eye comfort mode, Sunlight display technology, and night mode.
Camera
Talking about the optics of the Honor 9X lite, it comes with a dual rear camera setup housed in a rectangular module. It consists of a 48MP primary rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. At the front, it arrives with a 16MP of selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture that snaps a beautiful selfie.
The smartphone also arrives with some attractive and interesting camera features such as super night mode, super slow motion, AI sports shot, AI portrait mode, etc. Both rear and front cameras are capable of recording the videos at 1080@30fps.
Performance
Under the hood, Honor 9X Lite comes fueled by an Octa-Core Kirin 710 chipset with a 12nm Cortex-A73 generation-based SoC and a Mali G51 GPU. It comes coupled with the 4GB of RAM and with an internal storage 128GB. If you feel the need for more storage, the storage is expandable up to 512GB via the MicroSD card slot.
On the software front, the smartphone runs on EMUI 9.1 on top of Android 10. Gamers will be pleased as the device comes with GPU Turbo 3.0 that boosts the efficiency in graphics processing with full FPS and FPS stability. It provides excellent and lag-free gaming experience to gamers while still reducing power consumption.
Battery
Honor 9X Lite boasts a decent battery prowess of non-removable Li-Po 3750mAh battery. It comes along with support for 10W charging. You would be disappointed as it does not come with fast charging features. It comes in two different colours such as Emerald Green, and Midnight Black.
Talking about the connectivity options it features dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS, micro USB 2.0, and 3.5mm headphone jack.
