Nepal Telecom Will Keep its Counters Open on Dashain, Tihar

Nepal Telecom (NTC) says that its counters will remain open during Dashain and Tihar holidays, 2082. The move helps thousands of NT customers to receive services in person during the festive season, which spans more than a month.

According to the company, its customer service counters will remain open across the country. It has also provided details to ease the public who might want or need to visit NT offices physically.

Nepal Telecom counters to open on Dashain and Tihar on these dates

Nepal Telecom says its Sundhara counter will be open on Ashoj 13, 14, 15, 17, and 18. Only on Dashain Tika day, it will be closed for services. Likewise, its counters in Gongabu, Patan, Thimi, Banepa, Dhading, Hetauda, Bharatpur, Tandi, Sindhuli, Trishuli, and Manthali will remain open for services on Ashoj 13, 15, and 17. The counters in these very places will remain open during Tihar on Kartik 4, 5, and 7.

NT Counter in Charikot will remain open on Ashoj 13 and 14 and on Kartik 4, 5, and 7.

All these Nepal Telecom counters will be open from 11:00 AM to 04:00 PM, for five hours on service days. The counters will continuously provide installation, repair, and maintenance services for services including NT Fiber.

Despite the holiday season, NT customers will be able to pay their bills for telephone, mobile, and internet, buy a new SIM card, and transfer NT SIM ownership, etc., at its counters.
