Nothing Phone 3a Lite Specifications and Features

Nothing Phone 3a Lite retains a unique design, in particular, with its asymmetric camera placement on the back. The uniqueness is a signature of Nothing phones. In terms of overall specs, the phone looks similar to the CMF Phone 2 Pro. Anyway, the budget phone weighs 199 grams and features Panda Glass on the back and front, and has plastic frames.

The phone gets a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness, the same as the CMF Phone 2 Pro. The screen is protected by Panda Glass.

The camera aspect feels a bit toned down, but still decent. On the back, the phone carries a triple-camera setup led by a 50 MP wide sensor, accompanied by an 8 MP ultrawide camera, and a 2 MP macro camera. The front gets a 16 P selfie shooter. The main camera comes with OIS, which is a premium and increasingly standard feature among smartphone cameras these days. It helps take stable footage even when there is movement while taking photos or videos.

The Nothing Phone (3a) Lite is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset. Built using a 3 nm process, it comes with an octa-core boasting a clock speed up to 2.5 GHz. It’s got 8 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of storage. In terms of OS, the phone boots on Nothing OS 3.5, which is a custom Android skin based on Android 15. The maker says that the device is eligible to receive 3 major Android upgrades, which could mean three years.

Battery, Connectivity, and Other Features

Nothing Phone 3a Lite carries a 5,000mAh battery and supports 33W wired and 5W reverse wired charging. Although the charging speed doesn’t seem much, the company claims that the battery will be charged from 0 to 50% in 20 minutes, which is solid. For connectivity, the phone supports 5G, a welcome addition. In addition, it supports WiFi 6 and NFC too. There’s no infrared port, though. And it has got an under-display fingerprint sensor, which always feels intuitive and more convenient.

It’s also possible to customize the light’s operation for calls and contacts.
