OnePlus 15R comes with a 6.83-inch AMOLED display, 165Hz refresh rate, and up to 3600 nits of peak brightness. The screen size has gone up from both the OnePlus 15 and the OnePlus 13R. The device uses aluminum alloy for the frames, and fiber-reinforced plastic for the back, while the Crystal Shield Glass protects the screen. It’s protected from dust and water with IP68/69K certification.
OnePlus 15R is the first phone to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. It’s not the elite one, however, packs eight core setup with the performance core rocking at 3.84 GHz. The phone boots on ColorOS 16 and should ship with 12/256 GB of memory.
The phone has a dual-camera- 50 MP main, wide, and an 8 MP ultrawide. The back camera allows recording 4K videos at up to 120fps. Likewise, the front boasts 1a 6 MP camera for selfies and videos (1080p).

The OnePlus 15R could feature a 7,400mAh battery globally. The Chinese variant (OnePlus Ace 6T) boasts a much larger 8300mAh battery. So, we can only wait for official confirmation. Either way, it’s one of the largest batteries out there on flagship devices. It supports 100W wired charging plus reverse wired, bypass charging, etc.
