POCO F8 Pro price in Nepal

Staging a comeback in Nepal, POCO’s new product, F8 Pro, is ready to hit the market with an appeal. With its sleek design, decent specifications, and budget price, it’s going to compete well in Nepal’s smartphone market in the upper midrange segment. And it could as well be a sub-1 lakh phone here. The phone’s key selling points include its compact display, 12 GB of RAM, 50MP OIS camera, and 6210mAh battery. We have a more detailed exploration down below. Keep reading.

POCO F8 Pro Overview

Design and Display

The POCO F8 Pro uses an aluminum frame and back for its sturdy look. The edges are round, which helps for a comfortable grip in hand, and IP68 certification means it’s pretty resistant to water splashes and dust. The display consists of a compact 6.59-inch AMOLED screen. If you are one of those who prefer a rather smaller screen to fit in a pocket, you are right at home with this phone. Further, the screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate and goes as bright as 3500 nits, which makes the screen visible even under direct sunlight.

Originally, the phone comes with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, and 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. Let’s see if both variants make it to Nepal.

Being a technophile, I am particularly fascinated by the evolution of mobile networks in Nepal from legacy networks (2G, 3G) to 4G (with VoLTE, VoWiFi, eSIM) and the prospects of the upcoming 5G, and equally enthralled by the development of internet from the dial-up connection to the 2 Gbps XGS-PON fiber broadband technology and their transformative impact in the country.
