Realme, one of the fastest-growing smartphone brands, held an online event on December 20. The brand announced various new innovations for its Realme GT series at the event. Realme has always been known for its innovative ideas and features. The brand claims that the Realme GT 2 Pro features are “ World’s First Innovations” in the smartphone world. The innovations include design, photography, and communication features. Here we will discuss the innovations in the first premium flagship from Realme, below.
Innovation Forward Design
The brand has been collaborating with Naoto Fukasawa for the impressive design of the Realme smartphone for a few years. Now Realme has come with ‘Paper Tech Master Design’. The design is inspired by the paper and offers a premium minimalist look. Realme GT 2 Pro will be the first bio-based smartphone. It is not only environmentally friendly but is also very durable. They are extracted from renewable raw materials. The design has been done with global warming in mind.
Innovation Forward Photography
Realme has always been the coming with the many industry-first innovations. So, this time around the brand does not disappoint. The Realme GT 2 Pro will be the world’s first smartphone to feature a 150-degree ultra-wide-angle camera. The new ultrawide camera gets a 150-degree field-of-view, which is a 273 percent increase from the typical 84-degree field-of-view in common smartphones. With the amazing hardware, it is natural for its software to keep up for better performance. So, they bring you the world’s first smartphone to have a fisheye mode on it. It is inspired by the camera industry’s fisheye lens. The fisheye mode produces an ultra-long depth of field effect for more creative photography.
Innovation Forward Communication
The new Realme GT 2 Pro will come with a new Antenna Array Matrix System. The system will feature three different technologies. It will be the world’s first smartphone to consist of the “Ultra Wide Band HyperSmart Antenna Switching” system. The brand claims that technology uses 12 wrap-around antennas to cover all sides of the device. It will also support mainstream bands in omnidirectional which means consistent signal reception in all directions.
So, the intelligent switch from the multiple antennas will ensure better signal reception in weak signal scenarios. That too when your phone is covered by hand, it won’t affect that much.
The smartphone will also arrive with a Wi-fi enhancer and a 360 degree NFC. With the Omni-direction Wifi technology, Realme claims that the WiFi will be enhanced by more than 20 percent in signal stability around the phone. You have 360 degrees NFC, meaning you can now use NFC simply by bringing your phones closer to each other.
So what are your thoughts about these new innovations from the brand? Are you excited to get your hands on the device? The Realme GT 2 Pro will officially launch on January 4th, 2022. Till then stay connected with us. Sayonara guys!!
