This is where the debate gets a bit of beef. The GT Neo 2 uses Snapdragon 870 5G chipset while the F3 GT uses MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset. Snapdragon 870 5G is based on 7nm Technology whereas the Dimensity 1200 is based on 6nm Technology. As per the fabrication process, the Poco F3 GT is slightly better in this regard.
Similarly, GT Neo 2 depends on a 3.2GHz Octa-core CPU that has Cortex-A77. On the other side, F3 GT depends on a 3.0GHz Octa-core that has Cortex-A78.
