Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Overview
Design and Display
The Galaxy S25 Edge features an enhanced titanium frame, as on the Galaxy S25 Ultra, and glass back and front, which is a signature feature of the Galaxy S25 Series. It has a layer of Corning’s Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 for screen protection. Even further, the phone runs a thickness of just 5.8 mm and weighs 163 grams. You heard it right. A flagship with such a compact form factor is too good for people who want powerful phones in small packages.

The Galaxy S25 Edge sports a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X Display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 2,600 nits of peak brightness. Backed by Samsung’s own display panel, the lineup has to be one of the best there is for the display. The phone looks extraordinary thanks to its thin profile and its remarkable display panel. The phone gets an IP68 rating for protection from water and dust.

Camera and Photography
The Galaxy S25 Edge gets a 200 MP main sensor with OIS and a 2x optical quality zoom on the back. It is accompanied by a 12 MP ultrawide camera. The front has a familiar 12 MP selfie shooter.
Regarding photography, the phone should perform well in low-light conditions. Samsung uses various AI capabilities on this phone to enhance users’ photography experience. In particular, the company stresses ProVisual image processing technology for brilliant “nightography” capabilities.
Performance and storage
The Galaxy S25 Edge runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite, a 3nm chipset. It’s one of the fastest processors out there on Android, so performance should be snappy and efficient on the phone. And that also translates to exceptional battery life. Additionally, the phone comes with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB and 512 GB of onboard storage. It boots on One UI 7 (Android 15) out of the box.

Battery and Charging
The phone has a 3,900mAh battery. It’s lower than what’s on the Galaxy S25 base variant– 4,000mAh. The phone comes with a 25W wired fast-charging capacity. Samsung says that the phone can charge up to 55% in around 30 minutes. It also supports Qi 2 Ready wireless charging at 15W.
