One Plus 6 Final Leaks and Rumors

OnePlus, the Chinese Smartphone company has become a big player in the smartphone world now. Last year’s OnePlus 5T is a massive success to the company and they are preparing to launch the OnePlus 6 soon. The phone is known to follow the recent trend of smartphone specs: Full screen with Notch, as implemented first by iPhone X. Here are some of the OnePlus 6 leaks and rumors till now.

The OnePlus 6 will replace OnePlus 5T which was already on the list of popular phones of 2017. OnePlus introduced 18:9 display trend on One Plus 5T which was practiced among most of the big brands. There were improvements on camera and better quality screen. One Plus 6 promises to be better.

OnePlus 6 Design and Features

Some leaked images reportedly show that One Plus 6 will feature a glass back and a “notch” similar to iPhone X.

The Dash Charging will be included on One Plus 6 as it was included in all OnePlus devices since the OnePlus 3. It is one of the most-loved and popular feature provided by OnePlus.There is a probability of wireless charging in OnePlus 6 as it has glass back panel.

The OnePlus 6 will feature a chipset from Qualcomm, which is Snapdragon 845. Since the One Plus 1, they have been using the latest chip-set from Qualcomm. The use of Snapdragon has confirmed by OnePlus CEO Pete Lau. He also suggested that the phone will ship with 8GB of RAM and 256 GB of onboard storage.

The leak suggests that the OnePlus 6 will run the latest version of Oxygen OS 6 based on the Android 8.1 Oreo.The phone will feature a 20MP and 16MP dual-lens rear camera. On the front One Plus, 6 will feature a 20MP camera. On a battery department, the phone will have 3,450 mAh battery.

It is sure that the OnePlus 6 will have a notch at the top of its all-screen display which mimics iPhone X. All the leaked images show a device with a notch.

The physical button on the left side of the phone has until now been for adjusting the volume or activating the Do Not Disturb mode, but with the OnePlus 6, it could allow users to adjust the focus when using the camera.

Leaked Renders

 A leaked render of the OnePlus 6  has hinted that the upcoming flagship could have a triple-digit DxO Mark rating. Currently, the triple lens-equipped Huawei P20 Pro is DxOMark’s highest-ranking device with a rating of 109, and it looks like the OnePlus 6 – with its rumored dual camera setup and adjustable focus – could give the device a good value for money.

 We might finally have a launch date for the OnePlus 6. which claims that despite earlier rumors of a June unveiling, the OnePlus 6 will make its debut in Shenzhen on 5 May at 2 pm. OnePlus has yet to confirm the leak, so we can now only be optimistic.

Release Date, Availability, and Price

The rumors all around the world suggest that the phone could be released earlier in May 2018 as per the previous releases.

The availability of the phone hasn’t been announced and we hope it to be available all over the world soon after it’s release. The price of the phone is expected to be the range of $475-$550.
