They will cutover the innovative next-generation billing platform from 9 pm, Monday (August 19) till 9 am, Tuesday, August 20. As they want to avoid some miscommunication in the implementation situation, they inform their valued customer of the probable issues. They also provide their channels to use for the communication in such scenarios.
Ncell further writes, “We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during this process and reiterate our relentless commitment to providing our customers with reliable, innovative and high-quality mobile services”.
