After the government announcement of a 25% discount on the internet for the Covid-19 lockdown, Ncell has declared to cut its pay as you go internet tariff. They have slashed the internet price by 25% as per the Government’s appeal or directives.

Ncell says that the customers can now avail the internet connectivity at a more affordable rate for the lockdown period. The reduction in the mobile data tariff starts from April 2 and will remain in effect only during the lockdown. Earlier Ntc has also cut down the internet price following the government decision and provide some data, voice packs.

With the price reduction, the PAYG internet price in Ncell goes down to Rs 1.5 from Rs 2 per MB, which is exclusive of the taxes. For the regular taxes, you need to pay 13% TSC and 13% VAT on top of it.

The PAYG users are those who do not take a data pack for internet usage. So, the cost of internet usage will be taken from the main balance. Ncell also makes it clear that the recently announced data bonus on PAYG usage applies to it as well, which drops the cost to 80%. Here, if the customer spends more data on PAYG, the cost of the internet becomes cheaper.

It’s your choice whether you want to use PayG data or the data pack for your internet requirement. But if you use mobile data regularly, we recommend you to buy data packs, as it is much cheaper.

In this PAYG offer, you will get a real-time bonus after the usage of the specific threshold from the main balance. The customer will immediately get bonus data for the usage of Rs 2, 5, 10, 20, 30 or more on every additional Rs 10 spending.

So, the customer after spending Rs 10 main balance for data, receives a 20 MB bonus. If customers spend Rs 100 balance with the PAYG data, they will get 197MB as a bonus. Read more on the PAYG bonus offer.

Ncell has been providing several offers to its customers for affordable communication service while staying at home. They are a 120% bonus on recharge, Saapati, and free balance transfer. One of the offers also encourages people to stay at home with the massive volume data pack. Read more about the Ncell offer for the lockdown period.
