Samsung launched the Galaxy M21 in Nepal in June, 2020, which has now witnessed a price cut on November 6, 2020. We can see lots of improvement in M21 while comparing the phone with its predecessor Galaxy M20 which was launched about a year ago. Galaxy M21 is a mid-range smartphone that is primarily focused on battery and camera. This phone runs on a mediocre chipset which is not expected to provide the best user experience in terms of performance. The beautiful display with SAMOLED panel is another selling point of this phone.
The phone has a super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with a waterdrop notch. The screen size is 6.4 inches which a resolution of 1080×2340. With mali G72 MP3., users may not find any differences in playing games in M31 and M21. M21 provides two variants in memory, unlike the M31 which is 64 GB/4GB, 128GB/6GB with UFS2.1. The storage of the phone can be expandable by using a micro SD card up to 512 GB.
Talking about the connectivity, we can find Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot along with Bluetooth 5.0, A2DP, LE.
For the camera, Samsung has compromised in this M-series phone. The earlier one is a quad-camera having a 64 MP pixel main camera, 8 MP ultrawide, 5 MP depth, and micro shooter. This phone has a triple camera of only 48 MP main camera with f/2.0 aperture, 8 MP ultrawide with f/2.2 aperture, and 5 MP depth sensor with f/2.2 aperture. The front camera has decreased by 12 MP and for video at [email protected] is unavailable in M21 like in m31. We can click the selfie with 20 MP having f/2.0 aperture and shoot video up to [email protected]

Samsung has come with the same battery life and charging capacity as in M31. The phone has a 6000 mAh battery which may last for more than a day with a single charge. The price of Galaxy M21 in Nepal is set at NRs 21,999 for the 64GB/4GB and at NRs 25,999 for 128GB/6GB version. Earlier the price was Rs 22,999 and Rs 27,499 for those two variants respectively.
