Nokia 5310 XpressMusic Launches in Nepal

Nokia launches the rebooted version of the original XpressMusic in the form of an all-new Nokia 5310. The official distributor of Nokia smartphones, Teletalk Pvt. Ltd., announced the launch of Nokia 5310 in Nepal which bolstered the idea of music over cell phones. Find the details and price of the Nokia 5310 below.

The Nokia XpressMusic needs no introduction and it is quite nostalgic to see the device launch in 2020. The device was so popular a decade ago that everyone either owned one or likely knew someone who did. The new Nokia 5310 is a reboot of the classic Nokia 5310 Xpress Music. We can expect them to upgrade all of the beloved models in the series including 5800 Xpress music.

So, as a successor of the original Nokia XpressMusic, we have Nokia 5310 which is a music-oriented feature-phone with wireless FM radio and MP3 player.

Overview of Nokia 5310

The Nokia 5310 shelled in with a 2.4-inch QVGA display with 240×320 pixel screen resolution.  The feature phone runs on Nokia Series 30+ OS which is Nokia’s own software for entry-level mobile devices.

The phone is powered by Mediatek MT6260A chipset. Furthermore, the phone comes with an 8MB RAM and 16MB storage for spacing and also has dual-SIM (mini SIMs) support. The storage can be expanded up to 32 GB using a micro SD-card.

Camera and Battery

The rebooted version of the Nokia XpressMusic, Nokia 5310 comprises of VGA camera at the back with an LED flash. It comes with a 1,200 mAh removable battery, with higher standby time and longer talk time.

Moreover, the Nokia 5310 comprises a micro USB 1.1 port, a 3.5 mm audio jack, and Bluetooth 3.0 for connectivity purposes. Not just that, the phone also comes with wireless FM radio, which you can also listen to with your earphones plugged in.

The music-oriented phone has dedicated music keys and the dual speakers to amuse your music experience. To your surprise, the Nokia 5310 box comes bearing with a pair of earphones bundled in the box.

This is the second Nokia phone launch in Nepal by Teletalk, after the easing of lockdown. The earlier phone launched was a budget 4G smartphone: Nokia C2.
