After the Xiaomi Nepal GM, Mr. Saurabh Kothari announced the arrival of more Poco Phones in Nepal, Poco C3, Poco M2 as well as Poco X3 successfully launched in Nepal. To celebrate the success of these devices, a Poco Fan Meetup in Nepal was held officially for the first time by Xiaomi Nepal. Let’s look at what really happened in this special event.
This was the first-ever official fan meet organized by Xiaomi Nepal on January 8, 2021. Poco being an independent brand of Xiaomi is pursuing the steps of the parent company to organize fan meet-up. The event’s venue was at Hotel Summit which is located at Lalitpur. All interested Poco fans were invited to be part of the event by filling a form ahead and granted the passes.
The event started at 3 PM on January 8, 2021, and lasted for 3 hours straight. At the start of the event, Xiaomi Nepal General Manager Mr. Sourabh Kothari thanked every attendee fan for their prodigious support as well as for tremendous love for Poco.
Poco’s Motive Behind The Event
Xiaomi Nepal General Manager Mr. Sourabh Kothari not only thanked all the fans for coming to the event but also explained Poco’s brand idea as well as how the company will expand in Nepal in near future.
Furthermore, all these small interactions and such meetup events are what helps to build a strong relationship with its fans as well as consumers. This particular reason makes Xiaomi as well as Poco standout from the crowd. However, other big smartphone manufacturing companies haven’t still held such meetup events in Nepal. Let’s hope they would in the future.
In the event, the organizers managed to cut a cake which is distributed to all participants.
Moreover, a quiz session was also organized in the event. In the quiz session, questions were asked regarding newly launched Poco products. The quickest fan to answer was renowned as the winners and were gifted earphones, Neckbands, Power Banks, or other products. Poco made sure no fan would leave the event with empty hands, so they provided a gift hamper to everyone.
During the QNA session, many questions were asked by the fans about upcoming Poco products launching in Nepal. Furthermore, their questions were directly answered by Xiaomi Nepal General Manager Mr. Sourabh Kothari. Along with the Cake cutting and QNA session, there were photo sessions as well as Hi-Tea for all the fans.
Well, the meetup must have been a joyful ride for every Poco fan who attended the meetup.
After the first-ever successful Poco Fan Meetup in Nepal, the brand has promised to host such meetup events once every quarter.
So, if you are a Poco fan, you should stay active with the Poco community in Nepal. This was the first fan meetup event held successfully by the brand and is surely not the last. Moreover, Poco Fan Meetup in Nepal is going to happen on a regular basis. So, if you missed this one, don’t worry, another one is going to be held sooner than anyone’s expectations.
