Xiaomi Nepal’s Authorized Service Center Launched in Dhangadhi

Xiaomi, Nepal’s No.1 phone brand has yet again added its new Authorized Service Center (ASC) in Dhangadi, Nepal. The service center is situated in Laxmi Complex, Dhangadi. The brand had recently launched its new Service Center in Kathmandu. Xiaomi’s other service centers exist in places like Pokhara, Narayanghat, Itahari, Nepalgunj, and Kathmandu.

On the occasion of the event, Sourabh Kothari, the Country General Manager of Nepal, Xiaomi said “At Xiaomi, we are truly focused towards making innovation accessible to everyone. Our customer base is growing steadily and it becomes our responsibility to serve our customers properly with satisfaction. With service quality being one of our key pillars at Xiaomi, we continue striving to implement the best of our innovative measures across our after-sales and customer service efforts too. These innovative efforts played a crucial role in helping us earn the love and trust of our Mi Fans and customers in Nepal, thereby helping us grow in the country. “

He further added, “With this new showroom at Dhangadi, we hope to make our customers’ lives one step easier and give them an opportunity to experience Xiaomi service. We hope that this new service center further strengthens our position and commitment towards delivering top-notch service quality to all our users across Nepal.”

Free Servicing Offer

Xiaomi announced that they will provide free servicing to all the Xiaomi products. Customers who do not have their warranty cards will also be able to gain benefits from this offer. Whereas the offer will be valid for a week.

Need For Service Centers

With the launch of these service centers, there has been a huge increase in the use of its authorized products in Nepal. Furthermore, Xiaomi has opened new service centers to care about their customers and helping them to solve their problems. Xiaomi has showcased diligent efforts to build and maintain the highest benchmarks towards quality and process. The brand will come with more service centers in different places in the future.
