Xiaomi’s Recent Activities

The brand has managed to stay at the top brand in Nepal since Q3, 2020. The launch of various products across price segments such as the Redmi Note 10 series, Poco F3, Poco F3 GT, etc. fueled the subtle growth of the smartphone brand. Xiaomi unveiled more than 30 new ecosystem products in Nepal including Mi Watch Lite, Sonic Bass Wireless earphones, Band 6, TV Stick, Trimmer, Powerbanks, Portable Speaker, and Mi pad 5 during this period. The launch of these amazing products at aggressive pricing has definitely played a big role for the brand to take over in the Nepalese tech market.

The brand has now solidified its presence in the Nepalese tech market. Xiaomi now possesses above 2000 offline partner stores and 600 plus Mi Preferred Partner stores across the country. Further, offline expansion has also contributed to the overall growth of the brand. Xiaomi has secured its position in the market with a robust after-sales service through exclusive authorized service centers. Similarly, there’s a dedicated service warehouse to fulfill all the customer requirements. Xiaomi has a strong distribution network across different parts of the country.

Note: Earlier it was mentioned of achieving the position for 5 consecutive quarters, which is now corrected to 4 quarters, as per data provided by Xiaomi Nepal.
