CG Net has announced an offer of 15 days free trial as it prepares for a crucial year ahead.
The architect of Nepal’s ongoing internet speed war CG Net has come with another unique offer. This time it is allowing people to have a go at its trend-setting high-speed internet packages.
The ISP says the trial comes for free, and only if convinced, one can subscribe later. The offer comes after the ISP’s deal with Airtel to add an IPTV solution to its internet package.
CG Net’s Free Trial offer is available on both 120 Mbps and 50 Mbps packages.
Note: The offer is applicable to new users only.
Also, remember that CG Net is so far only available in the Kathmandu Valley and this offer applies to those within the valley only. We can expect CG Net to expand to places outside Kathmandu too.

Although CG Net engineered Nepal’s truest first 3 digits residential plan, it has since struggled to find a proper marketing value. Riding on the word of mouth for publicity hasn’t been instrumental as it might have expected but, it is growing a healthy base in Kathmandu lately with near blanket coverage. As per the latest data, it has 8,634 subscribers. The ISP is now planning on rapid expansion beyond the capital soon. And we are not ruling out the free-trial offer pushing its numbers higher in the coming months. Check out the total number of fiber internet subscribers in Nepal.
What is your opinion on CG Net’s Free Trial offer? Is it good enough to draw attention or does it need more hyperbolic high-speed plans as other ISPs have offered? You can share your inputs with others in the comments below.
