Nepal’s largest telecom operator Nepal Telecom (NTC) has shifted its customer service center from Pulchowk to Jawalakhel.

Previously, the telco operated its services from Sajha Bhawan, Pulchowk which it rented. The building also had a Sajha Yatayat office.

The service center had been providing services such as SIM card distribution, inquiry, etc. for many years. But now, the company has shifted its customer service center to its own building office at Jawalakhel, Patan.
