Ncell makes border roaming packs more affordable

The subscription immediately activates the border roaming pack and they come with a massive tariff down. For example, for India, you get a whopping 32% discount on the Pay As You Go (PAYG) rate on incoming calls and making calls in India at Rs 16.48 per minute.
