Nepal Telecom (NTC) has started its 4G mobile data service in Kotrang, Junichande Rural Municipality of Jajarkot district from Baisakh 25, 2082. The company began the fourth-generation mobile network in the rural area for the first time.
Ntc brought 4G and 2G services into operation in the area. Now, the locals as well as the visitors in Kotaranga can access reliable voice and mobile data services. 4G network brings faster data services while 2G can ensure trustworthy voice and superior mobile signal strength.

After Ntc brought its high-speed 4G network to Junichande Rural Municipality, the nearby areas now benefit from fast mobile internet and consistent voice services. This includes wards no. 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11. It’s also possible to use Ntc VoLTE for HD voice on the company’s mobile network.
The advanced cellular network enables locals and tourists to video call on the phone, browse the internet smoothly, and run their businesses with electronic transactions.

In addition to the 4G launch, NT has also included Jajarkot as a district for its model district for communication services. The region lies in a remote area in the Karnali district, but the government-backed company has been making immense efforts to connect it with the whole country.
The company has given top priority to expanding its high-quality telecom services across the country. Besides, NT Fiber (FTTH) service is now available in 77 districts too.
Ntc 4G in Kotrang extends the company’s network coverage to over 98% of local levels. The company wants to reach blanket coverage and use existing gear for 5G later.
